I have a trauma in my mouth! I have taken a percicet (sorry spelling) and half of a vikedin. It’s not even touching the pain. This is crazy I should be nocked out right now, but, the pain is so intense! I never even take as much as a tylenol, I dont find myself in pain very often. Hell, I’d rather give birth without pain medicine rather than to have a toothache hurting my ears, and brain. ooooooooooooooooooouuuuch!

you have an abcess.Pain killers won’t work,you need anti-biotics see your dentist asap

Drink alot of alcohol, works for me when i get bad tooth aches.

I am an old man from the east Tennessee hills and I know a “wives tail remedy” that realy works. I know it might be grosse to you but find an old cob-web in your house and roll it up and stick it in that tooth right now. If your hurting bad enough you will do it. I know because it happend to me.

Until you can get to a dentist, go get some clove oil, or cloves, and use it on the area. It will effectively calm the nerve and is the active ingredient in sedative fillings that dentists use. Orajel will only numb part of the oral mucosa.
