Take some Advil (ibuprofen) and go to the dentist tomorrow.

rinse your mouth with hydrogen prexiode either full strength or dulited it will pull the abscess from under the gum

Drop an eight pound sledge hammer on your foot. It will make your tooth hurt less.

food which will result in the formation of acid
in the mouth, brush teeth regularly with a fluoride
