    Both answers before me are good answers, but I will tell you that the abscess will not go away with an antibiotic. only the swelling and infection will. The tooth will have to have a root canal or be extracted to get rid of the abscess

    dont know if you can find it online but you need to take amoxicillin 2-3x a day if you are not allergic,if so i think you can take penicillin, and schedule an appointment with the oral surgeon or dentist to get that tooth pulled. rinse with crest prohealth-it has no alcohol in it, even though it hurts you must keep your mouth clean or else it will get worse.and wipe down the absessed tooth with a cloth.good luck

    There are a variety of antibiotics that can be used. The all require a prescription and cannot legally be ordered on line without one.
