You could try Ambusol for some temporary relief, but finding a DDS would be the best bet. Ibuprofen is good for dental pain you must have some in your medicine cabinet if not then any other pain killer will do, the only way to sort it permanently is to see the Dentist, painkillers is only a temporary option.
