There is a relationship between toothaches and your overall immune system, but having a toothache does not necessarily mean anything about the immune system.
Toothaches are caused by decay, and the decay is from a kind of infection. So, if your immune system is compromised, you are more vulnerable to tooth decay. On the other hand, you can think of it like getting a cold. If you have a compromised immune system, you might catch cold more easily, but a cold is something anyone can get, even with a immune system that works normally. Same with tooth decay.
To get rid of the toothache, you will have to visit a dentist and have the infected area removed, usually by putting a filling in the cavity. However, you can get some temporary relief from several over the counter products you will find in any drug store. The previous answer suggested clove oil, and that would work. So will Oragel or Ambesol (or the store brand equivalents, which will be cheaper). But any of those are just for a few days, to get you time to go to the dentist. You need to get the cavity taken care of, of the infection will continue to grow down into the root.
I hope this helps. Good luck!!

Clove oil is a great natural pain reliever.
Tulsi (basil) leaves ground with a little pepper to paste and placed between affected teeth or cavity.
