I’ve tried cloves, garggling salt water and paracetimals but looking for other ideas?
My husband is in the process of getting his teeth fixed. He has to get 3 root canals–but the first one isn’t taking place for 3 more weeks. He has pain pills but sometimes they don’t work. He doesn’t like to take them either because they knock him out and they make him sleep all day. It is affecting his job because he has had to call in several times. Orajel and Ambesol don’t do much for it either. Please Help!
I have an abscessed tooth that is just KILLING me. The pain is just about unbearable. My dr. has called me in some penicillin and I will start that tonight. Unluckily I can’t get in to see the dentist until February. Anyway I am just looking for some advice on how to relieve some of the pain until the antibiotics can take effect.
I have a severe toothache, my gums are very sore and I have extreme throbbing pain.
I have a trauma in my mouth! I have taken a percicet (sorry spelling) and half of a vikedin. It’s not even touching the pain. This is crazy I should be nocked out right now, but, the pain is so intense! I never even take as much as a tylenol, I dont find myself in pain very often. Hell, I’d rather give birth without pain medicine rather than to have a toothache hurting my ears, and brain. ooooooooooooooooooouuuuch!
The sensitivity that occurs with age can be managed with desensitizing tooth pastes etc, but acute fractured cases, i do not have any clue.!!!
What are some things I can do to relieve pain from an abscessed tooth? I’ve tried Orajel and that’s not working. I’ve also tried rinsing my mouth with hot salt water and using a hot compress.. it worked the first time but its not now. Any other ideas?
Hello everyone, my friend has a root canal and she is in alot of pain, she’s getting it treated tomorrow, but that’s still aways a way considering how much pain she’s in. Is there any home remedies you out there know of to use, to temporarily relieve the pain? Even if only a little, I’d really like to help her out, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
-She’s also has taken some pain relievers to try and help, but it’s not doing much.
