Tooth Question!!! Help Plz?

So i think i have an abscessed tooth and i want to pull it out. It isnt a permenant tooth so it is fine. How do i numb it? (it is kinda wiggly) I want it to be painless. What is a home remedy. I dont want to buy those pain creams or anything.

How can you tell if the infection has spread? I see all the symptoms if you have an abscessed tooth but I don’t see where you can see signs that the infection has spread.
