I had one of my molar extracted last year and now I need a root canal on another molar – tomorrow, I am scared to death.
What is worse, extraction or root canal?
P.S Root canal is with an Endodontist, Specialist.
I get this bad toothache about once a year. I can’t take the pain and Its starting to hurt a little can I eat something that will make it stop hurting I’m eating oatmeal right now is that bad?
Ok, awhile back my dentist said that if I experience sharp pains near one of my teeth it is a good sign I will need a root canal. Today I have noticed that pain, several months after his warning. Is a root canal as horrible and painful and awful as it sounds?
On Oct 2nd i had a root canal procedure started until halfway through when the dentist decided she wasn’t going to finish because there was only 1 visible root when there are supposed to be 3. It is constantly bleeding and swollen and very sore.
I’m going to the specialist on Nov 9th. It’s do long in between because she’s the only dental surgeon in my region and the only date shes available.
Any advice?
Well I went to the dentist about 2 months ago and he said I needed a root canal, and then he proceeded to remove my nerve, but I can still feel pain in my tooth. Does this mean he didn’t take all of the nerves out? If so how much does a root canal hurt with an alive nerve? Thanks in advance!
