The tooth still seems to be sensitive. I can chew on it and drink things without any pain but if I rub my tounge across it I feel a weird sensitive feeling.. Kinda like if I was biting down on foil. Its like an electricity feeling going through it. Does this sound normal or should it be checked out?

He prescribed pain medicine and antibiotics and will be pulling the tooth later. Her face is very swollen and has only gotten worse today. The pain has now moved down to her lower jaw as well and she is very very sick – worse than before she went to the dentist. Is this normal?

It is constantly bleeding and swollen and very sore.
I’m going to the specialist on Nov 9th. It’s do long in between because she’s the only dental surgeon in my region and the only date shes available.
Any advice?

He put me on antibiotics 250 mg amoxicillin 3x a day (im 8 months pregnant) so he couldn’t do anymore. I am getting it pulled tomorrow. Is it normal to feel like crap with an abscessed tooth?

Now am in pain – toothache, headache, ear ache down to my shoulders. Ibuprofen 400mg does the trick but what is going on? The pain started a week ago when the temporary was put in and is continuing today after my permanent was put in. Tried telling the dentist, but he insists it is sensitivity and nothing else. What do you think? Do new crowns take a while to settle in and do they cause pain in the beginning?

I went to the dentist on Thursday and am going to have a root canal soon but for now I’m on antibiotics and ibuprofen and my face is swollen and I have a temperature.
