will it look thinner or translucent? i don’t need a crown because it’s my front tooth that needs a root canal, and my dentist said all i would need after the treatment is a filling. should i avoid certain foods after getting it done?
I go to the dentist regularly and at my 6 month exam was told everything was fine. I brush and floss regularly and am working seriously to reduce my intake of soda pop and sweets. How after only 6 weeks (last exam) can a tooth go from okay to needing a root canal in an emergency situation. How do I keep this from happening again? Besides the obvious pain, it cost me $1700.
My eight and a half month old baby is getting his first tooth. It is just above the surface of the gum and i can feel the sharp edge to it. I wondered if the pain has stopped now that it has reached the surface or if the pain continues as the tooth comes all the way through.
I had a root canal last Wednesday in an eye tooth and it is still painful. Even my nose and cheek hurt. Is that normal?
I’m just wondering when a dentist decides to do a root canal, what is he generally seeing?
I had a root canal 5 days ago. The tooth is still pretty sensitive. It hurts when I brush my teeth, or even put a little pressure on it with my tongue. I was wondering if this was normal. I guess I didn’t think that just a tiny bit of pressure from my tongue or brushing my teeth would cause pain. Also is it ok to floss right now?
What does it mean seeing a Dream that your Molar tooth is half broken (in Islam)

If a tooth that already has a root canal develops an abscess but it clears up is there still a necessity to extract the tooth. Is there a possibility that the tooth will no longer develop any additional abscesses.
I have just chipped my tooth, and apparently, the chip has gone near enough to the pulp that I might need a root canal before the dentists are able to bond my tooth. Does anyone know how many appointments it might take before my tooth will be completely fixed? That is, before my tooth is completely bonded? (I am also 13, I don’t know if my age will affect the time/pain of the root canal.) Thank you!
