I’ve tried cloves, garggling salt water and paracetimals but looking for other ideas?

will it look thinner or translucent? i don’t need a crown because it’s my front tooth that needs a root canal, and my dentist said all i would need after the treatment is a filling. should i avoid certain foods after getting it done?

so I have had an abscessed tooth for a while now. Long story short it was really hard to finally get the answer that it needed to be pulled….they tried a root canal first. The surgeon was very booked so I made the appointment last month for this next week. For the last three weeks I have had a fever (99.8-101 range) constantly….I was told when I asked that it was because of the infection. They have put me on 3 rounds of antibiotics with no sauces. This last weekend my neck and throat started to hurt…not mussel pain…just hurt. I called the dentist today and he said that it sounds like it might be Meningitis. He said we should pull it tomorrow. I googled that though and it sounds serious. If it is that than will it just go away after the tooth get’s pulled. Right now my fever is 101 and I can barely move my neck…I am worried.

I developed a gum boil shortly thereafter. I have had a root canal in the tooth for ten years. If it is likely his actions that caused it, what course can I take to get him to take responsibility for treatment since I do not have dental insurance?

this morning i woke up with a painful toothache.I went to bed at 11pm and woke up at 1 30 am.I couldnt sleep with the pain,so i tried using listerine,salt water.Nothing works.i was laying in my bed,not being able to sleep since the listerine and salt water didnt releive pain long enough.So i have been lying on my bed for 7 hours without sleeping.now it is 8.35 am.im only 15 male and i have a job training.Does closing your eyes counts as sleeping sort of?

My mother went to the dentist this morning with an abscessed tooth on her upper jaw. He prescribed pain medicine and antibiotics and will be pulling the tooth later. Her face is very swollen and has only gotten worse today. The pain has now moved down to her lower jaw as well and she is very very sick – worse than before she went to the dentist. Is this normal?

i have a very bad toothache!! my gums have swollen up a little bit and i can not see any holes on the tooth. it is the 3rd tooth on the bottom from the back. ive been to the dentist about a week ago but when i went it wasnt hurting as much as now and they said i did not have any holes and my teeth were very healthy.. what could this be caused by? is it gingivitis? ive booked a dentist appointment but its not untill 2 months away so what can i do to relieve the pain temporarily for now.

Can a toothache make your jaw, ear and side of your head hurt?

I have the worst toothache ever!! it hurts so bad!! Ive tried everything tylenol, salt water rinses, orajel, nothing works!!
i couldnt call the dentist today cause their closed but im calling first thing tomorrow
anything that could help the pain??
