About 8 months ago chipped an upper molar. Since then I have had pneumonia and gum boils.
About a month ago I began having heart problems like feeling poked whenever I would cough and feeling like having heart attacks.
So will these pain go away once the tooth is pulled and i go on antibiotics? Or is the heart damage permanent?
I mean i just jogged 5 miles and did not feel any heart pains so it must not be too badly damaged?

If your broken tooth abscesses and the infection leads to sepsis, it’s possible that the lining of your heart can become infected–this is known as bacterial endocarditis. B.E. is potentially life threatening and is usually treated with IV antibiotics. I’d suggest seeing not only your dentist but also your physician.

yes it’s true. The bacteria in your mouth may go in your throat if it worsens and may go to your heart. It is life threatening so yes you should go see your dentist and a cardiologist as well.
