I got back from the dentist around 6:30. I got novacaine and it’s wearing off, but now I can feel my tooth hurting. Do I just take a Tylenol? Any other remedies?

I am no pharmacist, so I cannot say whether taking another drug on top of the anaesthetic is a good idea.
Maybe some simple paracetamol?
