I have an abscessed tooth that is just KILLING me. The pain is just about unbearable. My dr. has called me in some penicillin and I will start that tonight. Unluckily I can’t get in to see the dentist until February. Anyway I am just looking for some advice on how to relieve some of the pain until the antibiotics can take effect.

I have heard cloves work just as mentioned. I have heard that placing a wet tea bag near it helps. as well as rinsing with peroxide.. just don’t swallow it!
