Emergency Dentist?

so for about 12 months now i have toothache coming & going. been told by my “hacker” dentist i need 5 out (decayed, wisdom, broken teeth etc)but they wont fo it. they have referred me to local hospital but even the referral letter takes 4 weeks just for a “look in the mouth” appointment. i am in agony. i have penicillin for an abcess and i am on about 16 painkillers a day. anyone know of an emergency dentist in the midlands that will take these teeth out for me (hopefully under Anaesthetic)??? help me
