It is broken off at the front(a bit the top at the front is remaining) & the back part is still there.Also i had a filling in the middle of the tooth which fell out.

I think your best bet would be to get it pulled and possibly get a bridge/replacement tooth..I broke a tooth on the side and 1/4 of the tooth was in the gum..Dentist told me he’s gonna have to pull it. Everyone is different tho, check with a dentist and get his opinion. Good luck

You will have to ask your dentist; he will need to x ray it.

Yes, this can be repaired. May be quite costly though.
