		<description>A crown only works well if there is some remaining tooth structure above the gumline.
If her teeth are flat to the gumline, then I would suggest root canal therapies if needed, then large amalgams secured with pins and /or posts. A crown would not add strength to the tooth, and could be a costly failure.</description>
