I slipped while gettig out of a car & busted out my front tooth,I wanna know where, cheapest place possable,no incs.& how fast it can be fixed?
Im assuming it is not causing an pain or you would be in the dental chair right now. So you probably don’t need a root canal. Crown usually runs about a $1000 in private practice. You might be able to not have to have a crown, you might be able to have a resin bonding procedure, which varies on price but is a lot less. Sears Dental I believe is reasonably priced.
no cheap place. if you live near a university they should have a dental college, they are cheaper than a regular dentist and just as good. how fast, maybe one or two visits.
Ask your dentist, you can repair or replace it with crown or find another way:http://dent.info.md/dental-care/finding-…
It is not going to be cheap. “you pay for what you get”
you can try going to the dental schools and see future dentists. (students trying becoming dentists and doing their residency) it would be cheap there.
as for the amount of time. it will take a few weeks. you might need a root canal. (depending on how much trama the tooth went through) and after having a root canal you might have to get a crown done. the crown will protect the tooth because it will be brittle after a root canal. and these two procedure can take up to a few weeks. but if the tooth isn’t that bad then you could prob. do with a filling to mask what is lost. and this procedure can take up to one visit.
it really depends on how bad the tooth is.
i wish you the best of luck
Don’t let not having dental insurance keep you from getting your tooth repaired. Maybe you can sign something saying you’re the party who is responsible for the bill. Make the phone call today. As far as the cheapest place, I don’t know where you live, so let your fingers do the walking through the yellow pages for a dentist. Explain your insurance situation & I’m sure someone will be happy to treat you. Good luck!!!
FIXING A TOOTH IS NOT LIKE GETTING A HAIRCUT. IF IT GOES BAD, IT WON’T GROW BACK.
MOST REASONABLE PRICE WOULD BE A DENTAL SCHOOL. YOU SACRIFICE $ FOR TIME SPENT.
BRING MOM OR DAD W/YOU TO PAY THE BILL AND HAVE IT REPAIRED WELL AND IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Where did you fall at? There may be home owners or other insurance coverage for accidents depending on where you fell. See your dentist as soon as possible as you may be causing more damage to the nerve by leaving the broken tooth uncovered while waiting on this. Your dental office will be able to help you with a claim or in setting up a payment plan. Good luck and hope I’ve been of some help.
well i don’t know where u can find a cheap place but abt the fast .. it will depend on the situation .. if it’s broke partially n the root was vital it can take only one visit to restore the tooth using the composite filling, but if the fracture is complicated n the pulp of the tooth was dead the dentist will start root canal therapy which can take 3 visitis then start the prosthesis which can take 2-3 visits..
